cloudy currently an #ootd

How can it still be so humid and rainy at the same time. I'm happy the sun is giving me a break from most of the heat, I really look forward to fall and winter weather. I miss wearing my Zara coat. Here is a little outfit I wore on a cloudy, cloudy day.
