These beautifully designed pieces were made by the one and only Kate Schreiner. Inspired by the landscapes of Finland and Scandinavian lifestyle, her thesis fashion line comes together effortlessly. The geometric and asymmetrical wool trousers, the hugging turtle neck and structured vest and coat perfectly resemble the essence of Kate's line - Hetki, which translates into "a moment" in Finnish.

You learn a lot about someone by what kind of music they listen to. Do I even need to mention the Hotline Bling video?!? It's interesting what certain people listened to a couple years ago and what they listen to now, or what songs can make a person be an instant good mood, and what can make them vulnerable.

This weekend I finally saw my little sass nugget and it was terrific. She took me on a little tour of the city she grew up in and we ate some yummy food and drank lots of Starbucks, I helped her pick out some makeup and we discussed all things blogging and it was nice to catch up since the last time we saw each other was in May!
